Expanding on some important research performed in 2009, and encouraged by our consulting and training clients, Alan G. Dunn, President of GDI Consulting & Training Company formally created GDI Talent Acquisition Practice in 2012. Since then, this practice has blossomed into a successful global retained-search company that routinely excels at collaborating with client organizations to specify, identify and source top talent. When retained to perform a search, we assess our client’s organization, its culture, mission and markets; and its unique requirements for the position being filled. We also assess the client’s performance expectation for the position being filled and assist in the development of measurable goals.
Soon after, our professionals realized how robust our interview methodology was, which was always about measuring Organizational Leadership. With some updates to our methodology, the same process that we use to source and evaluate talent for clients is now the foundation for comprehensive Leadership Assessment and Executive Coaching Engagements.
