3. EVALUATE

Utilizing GDI’s Superior Talent Acquisition & Evaluation Methodologysm & Hogan Assessment’s Leader Basis Tool, we evaluate & down-select Candidates until the best job Candidates remain. Less than 2% of Candidates we engage make it through.

4. PROFILE

Going beyond interviewing & evaluating, we fully profile the finalist Candidates in GDI’s Superior Talent Acquisition Reportsm. Comparisons are made among Finalist Candidates and years of baseline data. Share report with client.

5. ENGAGE

Working with client & Candidate, assist in the formal engagement, offer, negotiation, & hiring processes.  Includes assistance in developing a win-win compensation & position agreement between the Candidate & the company.

6. ONBOARD

Accelerate the onboarding process, utilizing GDI’s Executive Transition Manualsm, a unique and comprehensive on-boarding process. Furthermore, additional coaching and development will be provided for one year.
